Over the past decade, my love for fitness has only grown. I’ve always tried to stay active, but between moving frequently, raising three kids, and managing a household, keeping a consistent routine that balanced family and fitness often felt impossible. About eight years ago, I realized that to give my best to the people I care about, I needed to start prioritizing myself—while still keeping being a mom at the heart of everything I do.

Since then, I’ve focused on creating a lifestyle centered on health, wellness, and balance. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Adaptive Personal Trainer, my goal is to help you build a healthy, sustainable routine that fits your unique needs. I want to see you succeed, but more than that—I want you to enjoy the journey and feel confident every step of the way.
